Here’s how the typical process works

1) Free consultation video call (1 hour) — this is an introductory call to discuss your business needs

2) On-site evaluation of systems and processes (1-3 days)— we’ll evaluate your operational and supply chain systems, and identify areas for improvement, reporting on estimated potential gains and projected costs.

3) Engagement period (2-6 months) — we produce fast, dramatic, and permanent results in cost savings, productivity gains, and operational improvements. Most of our engagements are short, with an emphasis on systemic change and training, so that you don’t need us forever.
